Selected work
Chef Vola's
Private, phone-first reservationsA phone-first reservation system for an exclusive Atlantic City restaurant — a cloned-voice phone line takes requests, and a calm iOS app lets the owner review availability and confirm every table by hand.
Idyll
AI companion for seniorsOne calm screen turns a senior's own tablet into connection and companionship — with an AI companion, Idyll, and a wellbeing feed that tells the family “Mom's doing okay.”
LocumTenens.com
Canonical UX referenceA fully runnable, data-driven React prototype that defines what the production React Native app builds against — a triage home, a tiered notification system, and multi-week timesheet flows.
Slalom
15 years · enterprise UX leadershipFifteen years leading design teams for some of the largest companies in the country — an intranet that reached 80,000 Delta employees and was named one of the year's ten best, guest journeys for IHG, and portal redesigns across telecom and supply chain.

/about
I've spent 25 years making software easier to use — most of it leading design teams at Slalom, for Delta, IHG, The Home Depot and Coca-Cola. Now I design and build my own products as well.
The part I like best is the start, when nobody agrees what the thing is yet: talking to the people who'll use it, working out what it should actually do, and getting to something real fast enough to put in front of them. Now I direct AI coding agents to build what I design, so that something real can be a working app instead of a picture of one. That's how the LocumTenens.com reference app came about, and how I made Idyll and Chef Vola's — one is in private distribution on the App Store, the other is waiting on review.
