Fifteen years leading design for big companies
Clients came with messy business problems, not briefs. My job was to find the real problem, get a room full of people to agree on it, and design something engineering could build.

CokeHow the work went
Big companies rarely know exactly what they need. The work was to sit with their teams for months, figure out what was actually broken, and hand over designs engineering could build. Most of this is redrawn from my original comps. Where client data or names appear, they are made up.
Finding the real problem behind what the client asked for.
Getting large teams who disagree to agree on what to build.
Designing the plain, everyday parts engineering actually needs.
The same judgment I use now when I build with AI.
